what is the cozy dragon boutique?
welcome!! i'm so glad you're here! the cozy dragon is a magical clothing boutique that specializes in bookish merch. all products are designed by me in my home in the pacific northwest, and i pour so much love into each design! i opened this shop as a creative outlet to express my love of magical universes, books, and cute, comfy clothing.
outside of creating magical bookish merch, i work a full-time apparel compliance job. i love spending time outdoors and going on walks. i also love gaming and (of course) reading! my favorite genres are fantasy and mystery. i'm a huge fan of fall and all things halloween (although valentine's day might be my second favorite holiday...)

what is the return policy?
all products are made to order. because of this, all products are final sale, and we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. please review the size chart and product descriptions before purchasing!
how long will it take for my order to arrive?
since products are made to order, your magical packages may arrive within 1-2 weeks if ordered within the United States. please expect a longer ship window for international orders of up to 30 business days.
do you ship to other countries outside of the United States?
yes! outside of the United States, we currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. we are working on (hopefully) adding more countries in the future! please expect a longer ship window for international orders of up to 30 business days.
please note, customs/import/duties fees may be charged upon delivery. when possible, we try to add these fees at checkout in order to avoid surprise fees for you later on. however, this is not always possible.
when customs/import/duties fees are due upon delivery, please ensure these are paid in full in order to receive your magical package. customs/duties/import fees are the responsibility of the customer. thank you for your support & understanding!
why did i receive my order in separate packages?
products are printed and shipped with the help of our trusted and established print providers. therefore, some products made ship separately.
